Dear students,

It is a great pleasure to see you in Niksar, the historical capital of Anatolia, where the shadow of Yağıbasan Madrasah, the first madrasah of Anatolia, falls, and in our school. We are aware that this happiness also gives us a great responsibility. The Danişment Gazi Tomb, Niksar Grand Mosque, the green of our city, the traces of education in its history, and the humidity of the Kelkit Stream flowing next to our school increase our responsibility towards you, our precious young people. We want you to know that we owe a debt to your precious families who raised you, to our country founded with the blood of our martyrs, and to the future of the world, and that we will endeavor to work with this awareness.  

Dear student friends,

In addition to the many reasons listed above, we do not doubt that you are aware that the efforts your families have made for you also put a burden on your shoulders and that you are responsible to them first and foremost. Please remember that this awareness makes you indebted to your family, loved ones, and the people you will add to your lives. Our only expectation is that you fulfill the requirements of being a student while remembering your responsibilities towards the valuable people in your life today and who will enter your lives. We are here to do our best to make this possible, but we know we can only succeed with your efforts. Doing your best as a student is very important for our school's success and our country's future, and we expect you to remember this. Finally, please remember this. Success cannot be limited to academic results, where only scores are discussed, or getting a job or not getting a job after graduation. For us, the most tremendous success is to keep the light of human values in you and the spark of happiness in your eyes. The most beautiful success is the success that blends both academic and meaningful happiness, and we will work for this. We know that you will not leave us alone on this journey. With these feelings, we welcome our new student friends and wish your education and training life full of meaningful happiness and great success.
