Students were informed about appropriate equipment selection and safe usage procedures to address potential risks in the field. The program continued with a course exercise in the fire department's sports training area. This activity aimed to improve students' physical endurance, coordination, and teamwork skills. Furthermore, practical fire extinguishing training demonstrated methods for responding to different types of fires, allowing students to experience the effective and safe use of extinguishing equipment through practical application. Finally, as part of search and rescue activities in rubble, students were given practical instruction on scene safety, systematic search techniques, and basic rescue principles. During the training, fire trucks and equipment were introduced, and detailed information was provided about the technical equipment on the vehicles. This comprehensive training program aimed to strengthen students' professional knowledge and skills in the field and to increase their capacity to prepare for disasters and emergencies. The training activity is considered to have made a significant contribution to the students' professional development.
