With our university's innovative perspective, and in order to increase employment in our region and bring together our graduates and sector representatives in our region on a common ground, work has been initiated in our Tokat Vocational School and Niksar Vocational School programs, which are planning to transition to the 3+1 Education Model. In this direction, curriculum preparations, University-Industry Cooperation Protocols, and Advisory Board meetings have been held. In this system, which will enable our students to become familiar with working life earlier and to find employment in their professions sooner, collaborations are of great importance. Within this scope, an agreement has been reached between the Electronic Technology and Electrical Programs within Tokat Vocational School and the Mechatronics, Electrical Machinery Maintenance and Repair, and Renewable Energy Technician Programs within Niksar Vocational School to conduct joint studies regarding the 3+1 Education Model. The agreement was signed by the Director of Tokat Vocational School, Dr. Assoc. Prof. Bekir DOĞAN, and faculty members of Tokat Vocational School, Dr. Assoc. Prof. Bilal Okan İÇMEZ, and Dr. Assoc. Prof. Important decisions, primarily regarding protocols, were made at the meeting attended by faculty members Ömer ÖNAL, Yasin Cem DUYMUŞ, and Burak KARA, as well as Niksar Vocational School faculty members Dr. Emrah ESER and Yasemin İÇMEZ. We would like to thank our Vocational School Directors Dr. Bekir DOĞAN and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih SOBACI, and our department faculty members for their collaborative efforts.
