Within the scope of the “Vocational Schools Education Cooperation Protocol” signed between the Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı and the Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği, the new term meeting of the Protocol Executive Board established between our Vocational School and the Niksar Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası was held. The meeting was attended by Vedat Ülker, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Niksar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Engin Göze, Chairman of the Assembly, and Muttalip Altunay, Secretary General, as well as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Sobacı, Director of our Vocational School, and Assistant Directors Dr. Ergün Kahveci and Dr. Emrah Eser. During the meeting, issues such as strengthening university and industry cooperation, enhancing the effectiveness of the 3 plus 1 Education Model, increasing workplace training and internship opportunities for our students, and planning sector oriented educational activities were discussed. As a result of the evaluations, several decisions were taken for the upcoming period. The meeting is expected to further strengthen the cooperation between our Vocational School and the Niksar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and to contribute significantly to the professional development of our students.
