As part of our personal development seminars, our school hosted a meaningful event titled "How to Become More Psychologically Resilient?". The program, held in our conference hall, was attended by a large number of our academic staff, administrative staff, and students.
Psychologist Şeyma Yalçın from the Niksar District Health Directorate participated as a speaker. The seminar addressed how to maintain our inner strength in the face of life's challenges and unexpected changes, sharing scientific methods for increasing mental resilience and coping with stress.
Following the educational program, which created significant awareness among our students and staff, the Cancer Early Detection, Screening and Education Center (KETEM) operating under the Niksar District Health Directorate visited our school's academic and administrative staff, highlighting the importance of early cancer detection and inviting them to participate in cancer screenings.
We would like to thank Psychologist Şeyma Yalçın for her valuable contributions to both our psychological resilience and physical health, the KETEM unit of the Niksar District Health Directorate, and all participants who showed great interest in our event.
